Our team of experienced strapping technicians ensures maximum availability of your strapping tools and strapping machines: from battery-powered, pneumatic and manual tools to semi- or fully automatic strapping machines. LINDER GmbH promises you reliability: After sending in your strapping device, it will be checked promptly and you will receive a cost estimate for the repair. The repair time is given in working days - starting with the working day of your approval of the cost estimate. This is based on the opening hours of our service area given below.

Should LINDER take longer than the guaranteed repair time for the repair, you will receive 100€ Cash Back as a discount on this repair invoice.

PLEASE NOTE Maintenance = (Scheduled) The unit has no known defect and will be sent in for maintenance.

LINDER SERVICE PROMISE: FREE RENTAL TOOL FOR SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE OF YOUR STRAPPING TOOL.

To ensure that your strapping tool does not let you down at some point, we recommend yearly maintenance for the strapping tool.  To ensure that you remain able to work at all times while the tool is with us and undergoing maintenance, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement tool for the duration of the maintenance. Free of charge - you only pay for the consumables (strapping) and the shipping charges incurred! So plan your maintenance in good time and benefit from our service offer.

RACTICAL REPLACEMENT UNIT REPAIR SERVICE

With a rental tool from our in-house workshop for strapping tools, you remain flexible - even if your battery strapping tool has to go to the workshop. We are happy to offer you a rental tool for the duration of the downtime.

OTHER OFFERS.

If required, we can also carry out electrical safety inspections according to DGUV V3 for you - including an inspection badge and inspection reports for machines. Whatever your strapping machine needs, in our in-house workshop you will receive maintenance, service and repair from trained top professionals.
